Revised 12/4/2022Apparently their staff believes in their product and providing good customer service. A member of their staff reached out to me after the first review I wrote apologizing for the issue with the battery I had bought (and reviewed). Completely unsolicited from me she sent a new battery AND refunded the purchase price of the first battery, hence my comment about them believing in their product. While I’m adjusting my review in the name of customer service I have NOT tested the new battery sent to me, replacing the battery in that little PC is not a simple process and I haven’t found time to tackle that chore yet.Does not hold a charge. The original battery I replaced was over 4yrs old and it held a charge longer than this (HT03XL L11119-855) new replacement battery

So after giving it a chance to work as it should, it still did not live up to specs, but seller was quick to offer up solution which had settled my matter. I may just have gotten a dud, but it's a lot cheaper option to gamble with rather than settle for an original. Withholding a star due to incorrect weight in the listing, which is misleading.Prior review: [I chose this battery because it stated 10 oz compared to other listings of 7 oz or lower, but see pic, only weighed 6.14oz (my OG battery is 6.4oz, for comparison).Followed calibration instruction after install, but now getting random shutdowns (unplugged) despite high battery percentage remaining. Did i receive a faulty battery?Does it take some breaking-in period to get at full capacity? Giving it a few more days to adjust to my laptop asus Pavilion 15-cw1063wm, if that is this hopefully helps. If not, I'm returning.]

The replacement battery worked well and was easily installed. Keep in mind most laptops are not designed to be opened up by consumers, so be careful not to break the internal tabs holding the case together. Watch a few YouTube videos before trying a battery replacement. The vendor, DMKAOLLK INC, sent a follow-up email to see if all went okay with my battery installation, which was a nice touch. I can't say how long the battery holds a charge, since I installed it in someone else's laptop, but I'll assume it's fine . I have a small one-person computer support business and I'd use this company again for future battery replacements. No problems so far.
