When I installed the new battery(which arrived before the estimated delivery date), nothing happened. I followed all the trouble shooting suggestions. I called customer service and had trouble understanding the first technician I talked to. I asked for a supervisor who listened to my whole explanation and immediately said he would send a replacement. Of course I had to return the first battery. The second battery came quickly, installed and has been working fine.

So I got this very affordable replacement battery for my laptop. To be fair, I didn't expect anything super great. I wanted an inexpensive replacement for an older laptop. I got exactly what I expected.It worked for just about a year and then one cell failed - it happens. Customer Support send me a no cost replacement as soon as I let them know! Attempting to avoid the no-name batteries that only work for 3 months while also risking swelling and exploding - this battery charged up fully first time and ran the laptop idle for over 2 and 1/2 hours with 60% charge left. While this was for a client and I cannot give a long-term test, I can say that it performed very well for a first run.
