When I went to install the battery in my Lenovo, I quickly discovered that the tool kit did not work for my computer, so I took it to Best Buy. The technician told me how foolish I was for using a non Lenovo battery, but when I insisted, they installed for me for $40. The battery has worked very well for over two months. I purchased this battery to replace a 4 plus year old battery in my wife's Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen 3. I was skeptical about this battery because I know third party parts can be low quality in some cases. Not with this battery! Its been at least 6 months with the battery installed and it is still holding a long charge.
